1. Agreement These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of healthyxwealthy.com, superhuman.healthyxwealthy.com, and all related services operated by 24 Carat Creative Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”), a corporation registered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. By purchasing, accessing, or using any digital product, course, assessment, coaching, or service (“Offerings”), you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Offerings All Offerings are educational and performance-based only. They are not medical, therapeutic, psychological, or financial advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Results vary and depend on your individual biology, effort, and circumstances. Past client results are not guarantees.
3. Health & Medical Disclaimer You acknowledge that any health, wellness, nervous-system, longevity, or biohacking information is for educational purposes only. Consult your licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any protocol. We are not liable for any adverse effects from applying our material. Coaching and digital products are not a substitute for professional medical care.
4. Payments & Refunds All sales are final. We offer no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any digital products, courses, assessments, or coaching services. This includes partial or full access once granted.
For EU residents: By completing purchase and gaining immediate access, you explicitly consent to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. You acknowledge you lose this right upon access.
Chargebacks or disputes will be defended vigorously and may result in account termination and collection action.
5. Intellectual Property All content, courses, protocols, workbooks, and materials are owned by 24 Carat Creative Inc. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing is strictly prohibited and will trigger immediate legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24 Carat Creative Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Offerings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination We may terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms. No refunds will be issued.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
9. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
